Are your products really natural?
Yes — every Pure BEAUTY product is made with natural ingredients and contains no harsh chemicals or synthetic additives. We believe your skin deserves honest, pure ingredients you can actually trust.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! All of our products are formulated to be gentle enough for sensitive skin. However, as with any new skincare product, we recommend doing a small patch test on your inner arm before full use, especially if you have known allergies.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We do not test on animals and are committed to ethical, responsible beauty.

Do your soaps contain SLS or parabens?
No. Our soaps and skincare products are free from SLS (sodium lauryl sulphate), parabens, and other harsh synthetic chemicals.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this to track your parcel at any time.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love every Pure BEAUTY product. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to make it right — whether that's a replacement, refund, or store credit.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if this happens! Please take a photo of the damaged item and contact us at hello@purebeautyuk.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away.

Can I return an opened product?
For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened products unless they are faulty or damaged. If you have any concerns about a product, please get in touch and we'll always try to find a solution.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay for a fast, secure checkout experience.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@purebeautyuk.co.uk. We'll do our best to help, but please note that once an order has been dispatched we're unable to make changes.

I have a discount code — how do I use it?
Simply enter your discount code in the 'Discount' field at checkout and click Apply. The discount will be deducted from your order total automatically.
